Cliff Lede Vineyards is a newcomer in the Napa Valley winemaking circuit, having released its first wine in 2002. The vineyards are planted with cabernet sauvignon, malbec, cabernet franc, merlot and petit verdot, the basis of their Bordeaux style wines. Jack Bittner imparts a great opportunity to sample an assortment of these fantastic wines including their meritage blend ‘Poetry’. Chef Farrell draws on his classic training to create a magical meal.
